Creating the Intimate Relationship You Both Want

Couples sex therapy for building sexual connection, navigating sexual trauma, and exploring intimacy in ways that honor your relationship, identities, and desires.

WHERE ARE YOU NOW

Whether you're feeling disconnected or simply curious about what's possible.

When one or both partners are neurodivergent, whether that's ADHD, autism, or another way of processing, communication styles, sensory needs, emotional expression, and expectations can sometimes feel out of sync.

You may love each other deeply and still find yourselves having the same arguments, missing each other's cues, or wondering, “Ah! Why is this so hard when we love each other?”

That difference isn't a flaw in either partner or in the relationship. It's an opportunity to better understand how each of you experiences the world and to develop ways of communicating and connecting that actually work for both of you.

MY APPROACH

A judgment-free space for diverse identities, relationships, and desires.

I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialty in Sex Therapy, and I have over a decade of experience working with sexuality, relationships, consent, and intimacy. My training and experience include consent education with both children and adults, as well as working with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of sexual and relational concerns.

My approach is collaborative, evidence-informed, and tailored to your relationship and goals. I draw from mindfulness-based interventions, somatic approaches, Systemic Sex Therapy and relational work, and medical knowledge related to the treatment of sexual dysfunction. Together, we'll explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be affecting your sexual connection while also making room for curiosity, desire, pleasure, and new possibilities.

I offer an explicitly affirming space for LGBTQIA2+ clients, consensually non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships, and people exploring kink and other forms of sexual expression. You don't have to fit a particular definition of a relationship or sexuality for your experiences to be respected here.

And you don't need to worry about shocking me. I've heard a lot, and I'm not here to judge, shame, or be surprised by what you bring into the room. My role is to help you talk about the things that can be difficult to say out loud, understand each other's experiences, and find a path forward that feels safe, consensual, and authentic to you.
