ABOUT ME

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I help individuals and couples deepen their relationships — with others, with partners, and with themselves. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a belief that meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to stretch into new ways of being.

I started this work with a specialty in Sex Therapy through Thomas Jefferson University, and my practice has since grown to hold a much wider range of people and stories. I've walked alongside clients healing from sexual trauma, navigating chronic illness, opening up their relationships, or figuring out what connection looks like when one or both partners are neurodivergent. Wherever you're starting from, there's a good chance I've sat with someone in a similar place before.

I especially love working with quirky, creative, nerdy, out-of-the-box people — the ones who've never quite fit the mold and don't want to. My approach blends Emotionally Focused, Narrative, Mindfulness, and Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, with plenty of room for humor along the way. I'm also an active therapist, not a neutral, nodding-along presence — if I notice a pattern that isn't serving you, or a belief worth a second look, I'll say so, gently but directly. I'm invested in where you're headed. Together, we'll find that space just outside your comfort zone: close enough to stretch you, not so far that it overwhelms you.

Outside of session, you'll usually find me with a crochet hook in hand, a cat nearby, covered in clay from the pottery wheel, or my nose in a comic book.
