ABOUT ME

About us

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I help individuals and couples deepen their
relationships—with others, with partners, and with themselves. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a belief that meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to stretch into new ways of being. I began with a specialty in Sex Therapy through TJU and have since expanded my practice to include a wide range of clients and experiences. I work with those healing from sexual trauma, navigating chronic illness, opening their relationships (ENM), or exploring relationship dynamics where one or both partners are neurodivergent.

I especially enjoy working with quirky, creative, nerdy, and out-of-the-box individuals and couples. My approach draws from Emotionally Focused, Narrative, Mindfulness, and Cognitive-Behavioral therapies—with plenty of room for humor. Together, we’ll find the space just outside your comfort zone, where growth feels challenging but not overwhelming.

If you think we might be a good match for therapy, please reach out. I offer a free 15- minute consultation so we can get to know each other. I’m currently seeing clients exclusively through my virtual office. Outside of work, I love crocheting, spending time with my cats, making pottery, and reading comic books.
