WHEREVER YOU ARE IN YOUR HEALTH JOURNEY
Chronic illness affects more than your body.
Whether you are living with a chronic illness, managing ongoing symptoms, or still searching for answers, the experience can affect every part of your life. The appointments, symptoms, uncertainty, and emotional ups and downs can feel overwhelming and exhausting. Therapy can offer a place to slow down, feel understood, and find support as you navigate what comes next.

MY APPROACH
A space to process what chronic illness has meant for your life, with someone who really gets it.
There is no one right way to navigate chronic illness or ongoing health concerns. I use an eclectic, research-informed approach tailored to your experiences, needs, and goals, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and Systems Theory.
I also live with a chronic illness and have been navigating my own health journey for over 15 years. I use ethical, intentional self-disclosure when it may help you feel understood and less alone, while always respecting how much—or how little—you want to know about my personal experience.
My goal is to offer a compassionate, affirming space where you can feel understood, reconnect with yourself, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
