Therapy for deeper connections, healing, and personal growth.
Whether you're coming in on your own or with a partner, the work is the same at its core: understanding the patterns you're caught in, meeting yourself or each other with a little more compassion, and finding a way through that actually fits your life. The goal isn't just relief. It's getting to a place where you feel at satisfied with the choices you're making and the life you're building.

About Me
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I help individuals and couples deepen their relationships — with others, with partners, or with themselves. My work is grounded in compassion and curiosity, and in the belief that real change happens when we feel safe enough to stretch into new ways of being.
I started this work with a specialty in Sex Therapy, earning my Master's in Couples and Family Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. Over the past decade, that focus has grown into a broader practice. I've walked alongside clients healing from sexual trauma. I've supported people navigating chronic illness, opening up their relationships, or figuring out what connection looks like when one or both partners are neurodivergent.

Services
I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of relational and personal challenges. Our work together can help you move forward with greater clarity and compassion, no matter your goals. Some of the areas I specialize in include:
