Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, I use an eclectic, research-based approach tailored to your
specific needs and goals. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and Systems Theory to support a deeper understanding of your emotions, thoughts, and relationships. Together, we may use storytelling, art, humor, thought exploration, and body connection work to promote healing and self-awareness. Each session is a collaborative space designed to help you find clarity, empowerment, and meaningful growth.

Couple’s Therapy
In couples therapy, I use a collaborative, research-based approach tailored to your relationship’s unique needs and dynamics. I focus on identifying and shifting recurring patterns that create disconnection, helping you make small, intentional changes that build lasting improvement over time. My style is nonjudgmental and balanced—I don’t take sides, but instead help each partner feel understood and supported. I especially enjoy working with couples who want to strengthen emotional communication, navigate chronic illness, improve intimacy, or better understand the impact of neurodivergence in
their relationship.

Group Therapy
Ladies Living with Chronic Illness is a warm, supportive space for women (ages
around 21–45, and inclusive of trans clients) navigating life with chronic conditions. In this small group, we share experiences and strategies for managing pain, coping with internalized ableism, navigating relationships and friendships, and processing medical fears or trauma. Together, we build understanding, connection, and resilience with others who “get it.” Meets 1.5 hours weekly on Saturdays.
