About the event
Discover how creativity can be a grounding, healing practice. In this small group (up to 12 participants), we’ll use crafting as a form of mindfulness and stress relief.Bring a project that soothes you — crochet, sketching, embroidery, or coloring — and join others who understand the comfort of making something with your hands while sharing stories and support.
